Statement:
The Foundation was established as a family grant-making private foundation by the Simon family, and, after the death of the Simon parents, brothers Jonathan and Andrew Simon and their families served as Directors. Pursuant to a judicial order the Foundation distributed its charitable assets to each of the Lenat Foundation and Fidelity Charitable. The Lenat Foundation, which received approximately fifty percent (50%) of the Foundation's charitable assets, was established by Andrew Simon and his family, who serve as its Board of Directors.
