Explanation:

The position of treasurer, responsible for filing the form 990EZ each year is a volunteer position. The individual responsible for filing this tax return neglected to do so. This was as a result of one individuals actions and not representative of the wishes of the organization. This omission only recently came to the organizations attention. We apologize for the late filing and have taken steps that this will not happen again. Please forgive any late filing fees and penalties.
