Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	Members of Local 358 are hourly employees of Mondelez, Essentra Packaging, Sauer's Brands, MAFCO, Porex Filtration, and UNFI Stores. All hourly employees are invited to join the local. All members pay dues.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Election of members is made in May every 3 years.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	The 990 return is prepared by an outside bookkeeper and copies are sent to the officers for review and make any input or corrections. Once approved, the 990 is e-filed. Copies are kept in the office and shared upon request.
