AND JANE B. MARCIL FAMILY FOUNDATION ALSO ARE EXEMPT FROM PAYMENT OF FEDERAL INCOME TAXES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE FOUNDATION IS REQUIRED TO RECORD A LIABILITY FOR UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS WHEN IT IS PROBABLE THAT A LOSS HAS BEEN INCURRED AND THE AMOUNT CAN BE REASONABLE ESTIMATED. AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2023, NO SUCH LIABILITY EXISTED.
