Organizational document changes Part VI line 4	During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, the Association amended its bylaws to make the following changes:1) Members must have been a member for at least three years in order to be eligible to serve on the board of directors.2) The Association now allows for one board director to be an international member.3) A member of the Association may now serve as an Officer, without being a board director.
