General explanation attachment Veterans of Foreign Wars was misfiled under EIN 38-1133442. We sent in communications and called to straighten out the EIN and fiscal year. We are correcting the 990-EZ to file under the proper EIN and fiscal year. There was confusion with LTR 4399C informing us the incorrect fiscal year ending of Dec 30.
