For the tax year 2023, Gemini Industries Inc Foundation voluntarily terminated its private foundation status under IRC Sections 501(c)(3) and 509. The Foundation terminated as of 12/31/2023. As of 12/31/2023, it had distributed all of its assets to qualifying organizations in accordance with its exempt purpose. All assets distributed were cash distributions. See Part XIV, line 3a for a complete list of recipients.
