The lent fish fries normally have movies for children, magicians, balloon artists and face painters. This weekly event provides an atmosphere for members to have a night out and enjoy the fellowship of other brother knights.

Pt VI, Line 6	The organization is substantially related to the OFallon Knights of Columbus Council No. 4239. Members in good standing for the Knights are also members of the OFallon Columbus Club, Inc.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Each year members elect three board member positions for the OFallon Columbus Club.
Pt VI, Line 11b	Preparation and preliminary review is done by the treasurer. It is then desseminated to all Board members for their review. Once changes, if any are made, an officer signs off on the return and it is ready for submission.
Pt VI, Line 12c	The Board meets monthly. It is at these meetings that any conflicts of interest that exist are discussed. After full disclosure and after discussion with the interested party, they are asked to temporarily leave the meeting where a full discussion and vote is made. The Board has the ultimate task in deciding if a conflict of interest exist and the course of action to take. There were no conflicts discussed in this fiscal year.
