What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Farmington Volleyball Club is a youth sports organization providing school age girls a place to learn volleyball at a more competitive level. The club management is exclusively volunteer parents from the community with players that participate in the club activities.

Return Reference Explanation
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 19 The end of year beginning balance is $288 more than the previous return as a result of correcting bookkeeping during the 2024 accounting year. Since there was not a 2021 tax filing done by the previous bookkeepers, some maintenance was performed on the QuickBooks program during the 2024 fiscal year that resulted in some recategorization of some income/expenses.
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 20 During the 2024 fiscal year, some recalibration of the clubs Quickbooks program took place to ensure revenue and expenses were being consistently and properly logged. There were some bad parent checks that were subtracted from the incoming fees improperly in the Quickbooks program that generated the $288 discrepancy.
