Part VI, Line 3	TCCE has no employees. They pay a management fee to Texas Association of Business for their use of facilities and equipment, and for employees to manage the organization. TAB employees follow the TCCE bylaws.
Part VI, line 6	TCCE has members who pay dues based on the revenue of their organization. The bylaws describe the criteria for being eligible for membership.
Part VI, line 7a	The membership votes on the selection of the Board of Directors as submitted to them by the nominating committee.
