The Foundation is filing its return late for reasonable cause. First, this is the initial return of the organization and the Foundation relied on advice of professional advisors who failed to advise the Foundation in a timely manner regarding the due date of this return. Second, the Foundation and its officers are located in Osprey, FL (Sarasota County) and were impacted by both hurricane Helene and hurricane Milton and should be eligible for relief under the disaster relief extension deadlines or as a matter of equity.
