Briefly describe the organization’s mission: Stick & Sudder Club Inc. is a member organization supported primarily by dues and fees to member for the purpose of collectively owning aircraft a hanger and member clubhouse. Activities center around general aviation with tthe purpose of sharing flight experiences and other social activities with those having a common interest.

	Aircraft Flight and Clubhouse Operations: Members of the club are granted access to a fleet of four Cessna Skyhawk 172 aircraft stationed at Waukegan National Airport KUGN. The club is managed by its members who exercise governance by voting on the board and setting rental rates covering operational costs such as fuel insurance maintenance and repairs. Flight instruction is available from FAA-certified instructors offering members training for FAA certifications including Private Pilot Instrument Rating Commercial Rating and annual check-ride reviews. All club flights are conducted in strict compliance with FAA rules and regulations. The clubhouse serves as a central gathering place facilitating member activities such as social events flight planning debriefing sessions and review meetings as well as social events and outings. The club hosts a range of annual gatherings and events promoting social engagement and fostering a supportive aviation community among members.

Part VI, Line 7a	The members of Stick & Rudder Club Inc elect a President Vice President Treasurer and Secretary for 2 year terms. These elected Officers may then appoint additional Directors to the Board. Currently there are 5 appointed Directors serving with the 4 elected Officers.
