Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Any decisions of the Governing Officers beyond their delegated powers requires a majority vote of the Members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Every Member is entitled to vote on all matters that require a Membership Vote. One Vote Per Member. Form 990 is available to all members and discussed in Open Lodge, then filed by the Secretary.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All Lodge Financial Records/Reports and any other documents regarding the Lodge, such as The Charter, etc; are available to anyone upon receipt of a written request. This includes Members and any public organizations or persons.
Form 990, Part VIII, Line 6a	Lines 6a,b,c,d----The previous left the Lodge Rental Property on Wanda Ave., thus the Lodge incurred substantial renovation costs to prepare the property for a new tenant.
