Management duties delegation Part VI line 3 The general superintendents duties include, but are not limited to hiring, firing, and supervising personnel, creating sales tickets, and handling accounts payable. The board of directors relinquish such daily responsiblities to that position and unless they are otherwise contacted by the superintendent regarding extraordinary circumstances, only meet and make management decisions one per month.
