Explanation:

We were just notified of the acceptance of our 501(c)13 application. The original acceptance letter was mailed to our street address, instead of our PO Box as requested. The post office did not forward the letter, so we did not know we were accepted and thus required to file. We are filing now to bring everything up to date so we can remain on schedule for future processing.
