Pt V, Line 34 Several changes were made to the constitution. Study hour requirements were changed for members with a 2.7 and 2.5 GPA. The president shall have the authority and the responsibility to affix his signature to charges for expulsion (T-9 form) in all cases where a majority of a quorum of the chapter agrees to prefer charges involving violation of a members sacred pledge to Phi Sigma Kapp, or misconduct that has brought discredit to Phi Sigma Kappa and the Beta Deuteron chapter. Member files will contain records of a members financial obligations, records of all judicial hearings, records of attendance at meetings and events, transcripts from all semesters during membership and records of officer positions. Other changes included changes to the roles of secretary, impeachment, scholarship and stewart.
