28 THE SECTION SHALL OPERATE PRIMARILY FOR SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES IN THE FIELD OF NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING AND MATERIALS EVALUATION. THE SECTION SHALL STRIVE TO PROMOTE FELLOWSHIP AMONG THOSE ENGAGED IN THE FIELD OF NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING AND MATERIALS EVALUATION.
