Explanation:

While preparing several not-for-profit IRS 990 filings last year, I was dealing with some family health issues. I came back and completed two other filings, but due to human oversight failed to sign on to complete this filing. Discovered my failure when I started the 2023 year's filing. There were no payments owed, and I respectfully request forgiveness of the any penalties or charges caused by my individual oversight.
