	OSFMA conducts multiple professional development opportunities throughout the year. The primary conference is held in April and spans two days. Attendance has been increasing annually and included over 225 participants in 2024. There is also a one day virtual training held in October annually. Monthly meetings are also scheduled as a way for members to attend and learn from peers from different size schools across the state.
