	The Tennessee Telecommunications Association provided member services to 15 tier one members, 3 tier two members, and 130 associate members. These services included hosting an annual convention and meetings for members and publishing membership directories.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Tennessee Telecommunications Association has the following three classes of members: 1. Tier One 2. Tier Two 3. Associate Members Active members in good standing are entitled to the voting rights of the organization. In addition, the Associate Members shall elect a Chairman of the Associate Committee for a period of two (2) years who shall become a voting member of the Board of Directors. All classes of members are encouraged to participate in the social functions, exhibits, training courses, and workshops conducted by the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	There shall be seventeen (17) members of the Board elected by the membership, five at each Annual meeting for a term of three calendar years, each starting on January 1, following their appontment from each company. All seventeen (17) Board members must be accredited representatives of Active Member companies. The Associate Members shall elect a Chairman of the Associate Committee for a period of two (2) years who shall becomes a voting member of the Board of Directors.
