Form 990, Part IV, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 Review - The treasurer receives completed Form 990 from the independent accountant. The treasurer reviews Form 990 before siging and returning the efile Form 8879-TE to the CPA as authorized for efiling to IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15b	Key Employee Review - There is one key employee. He is reviewed annually by the board of directors. The board evaluates his job performance and actions from the past year. The board meets with him to discuss his overall performance and the boards expectations for the coming year. The board then determines any compensaion increases. Note, the key employees salary is below industry standards.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Governing Documents Availability - All governing documents and financial statements are on file at the golf course office. General public is required to submit a written request with the Board Secretary to obtain an appointment to review the various documents. Board Secretary informs the board of directors and Board President of any requests for documentation inspection. The written request is reviewed by the board attorney, and approval is given for the applier to meet with the Board Secretary and Board Presient at the golf course office to review the documents that were requested in writing.
