Management is not aware of any events that could jeopardize their tax exempt status. Pt VI, Line 6	Membership consists of individuals who have applied and been invited to join the Club. Prospective new members must first apply for membership. the Committee publishes the prospective new members in the monthly newsletter. Each existing member has 45 days to comment on the prospective new members. If no objections are received, the Membership Committee makes a recommendation to the Board of Directors who makes the final decision regarding membership. Once membership has been approved, the members are required to pay annaul dues and an initiation fee.
