	The Sons of Italy in America b/d/a Due Palme 189 is under the Order of Sons of Italy in America. The mission of the organization is to encourage the study of the Italian language and culture in American schools and universities. In addition, they want to preserve Italian traditions, culture, history and heritage by promoting close cultural relations between the United States and Italy. Full membership is limited to those of Italian descent. Social membership is open to people of any gender, age, religion, and profession regardless of Italian heritage. Persons with a love of things Italian are welcome.
