What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Hillandale Swim and Tennis Association provides a social community for local paid members, 501(c)(7). Amenities include an 18,900 gallon main pool, 6,200 gallon baby pool, multi purpose tennis/pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court, loungers and picnic tables. Activities include a competitive swim team, weekly cookouts, family swim time, lap time, tournaments, and relaxation.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Membership dues provided for the maintenance and staffing of the facility for the benefit of paid member families. Primary expenses included salaries for lifeguards, facilities maintenance, utilities, supplies, insurance costs, and appropriate permits and taxes. Membership for 2023 included 233 member families and allowed completion of critical maintenance to the pool and grounds, including a planned roof replacement in the off season.
