Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19	All minutes of Bridge and Board meetings are read out loud at each quarterly regular membership meeting along with the financial reports for general membership approval. All inquires by the general public regarding governing documents, conflicts of interest concerns or requets for financial statement disclosure are fulfilled per the specific individual request. CPYCs monthly internal fiancial reports and annual tax returns are posted on the Clubs website with member access only so as not to position CYPC in a non-competitive environment with the adjacent for profit marinas in regards to future membership or growth and retention.
