Under the agreement, Conservation Alabama employees conduct activities on behalf of Conservation Alabama Foundation, Inc. and the Foundation promptly reimburses Conservation Alabama for all associated expenses, including the allocable share of employment taxes. Conservation Alabama pays all required employment taxes for its employees, and issues the relevant IRS forms.
