Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Internal Revenue Service has granted an exemption from income taxes to the Sponsor under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, except on net income derived from unrelated business activities. A similar exemption applies for state income tax. As of September 30, 2023, the Organization had not engaged in any unrelated business activities. Therefore, no provision for income taxes has been recorded. The Organization believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. Tax years that remain subject to examination are years 2020 and forward.

The Internal Revenue Service has granted an exemption from income taxes to the Sponsor under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, except on net income derived from unrelated business activities. A similar exemption applies for state income tax. As of September 30, 2023, the Organization had not engaged in any unrelated business activities. Therefore, no provision for income taxes has been recorded. The Organization believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. Tax years that remain subject to examination are years 2020 and forward.
