	Continuing education for affordable housing providers is Oregon AHMA's primary mission. This past fiscal year, we provided continuing education to 850 individuals at our monthly classes, held both in the in-person and webinar format. We offered classes on the new NSPIRE rules, HOTMA, landlord-tenant law, conflict resolution, and 2.5 day occupancy certification courses for RD, HUD, and LIHTC managers. We also offered classes on EIV, AFHMP, and fair housing. Our members indicated that they wanted lots of "basics" so that's what we focused on.
