Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Each family membership is allowed one vote for applicable decisions, including Board Member elections. Dowden Terrace has approximately 300 families that are members of the pool (association). The 12 Board members each serve a three-year term and each year membership elects or re-elects 4 of the 12 board positions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Each family (member) are allowed to vote on specific issues as outlined in the DTRA ByLaws. Amendments to the DTRA Goverance By Laws must be approved by the members of the association during the annual All-Members meeting.

Any changes to the By Laws requires a vote by the membership which is documented by the DTRA Secretary. Financial Reports are prepared by the Treasurer for every Board meeting for review and discussion. The reports reside on a cloud server available to all Board members. Financial reports are distributed to the members annually during the Annual All Members Meeting. Additionally, reports are available to any member upon request.
Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g	Swim Team expenses. Gross expenses of the swim team include; competition registrations, uniforms, coach stipends, space rental, equipment purchases, awards and trophies.
