What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Homeowner's association - maintenance and administration of 142 member homeowner association, duties include maintenance of common areas, streets and drainage areas. Administration includes communications to homeowners plus collection of member dues and fees.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Maintenance and administration of 142 member homeowners association. Duties include maintenance of common areas, streets and drainage areas. Administration includes; collection of member dues and fees, provide adequate insurance and utilities, enforce by-laws and restrictive covents, correspondence with homeowners, organize and communicate information and meetings, oversee proper asset managment and practices, misc. mailings, printings, etc.
