Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Membership is automatic for persons residing or owning property within the district boundaries. Fire fighters must meet the qualifications of the Whitsett Fire Department.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	All decisions are subject to approval of the Board of Directors who are elected by the members of the Corporation.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	The Form 990 is reviewed with the Accountant preparing the return by the Treasurer, or his/her nominee, prior to mailing. Subsequent to the filing of the return, the return is made available upon request to the full Board of Directors.
CEO executive director top management comp Part VI line 15a	All compensation is approved by the Board of Directors to include the Fire Chief, full-time, and part-time employees.
Other officer or key employee compensation Part VI line 15b	Generally, officers of the Fire Department are not compensated. When officers are compensated, it is with the approval of the Board of Directors. Officers receiving wages are also performing duties as full-time employees. No volunteer officers are compensated.
Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19	All of the governing documents are made available to the public upon request. Furthermore, all records and documents are made available for audit by Guilford County, NC.
