What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Organization provides opportunities for members to meet and socialize, attend events, learn about culture, and to give to local and national charities.

28 Its mission include encouraging the study of Italian language, culture and heritage in America. Donations made to Cooley's Anemia, Alzheimer's Disease, Coaches against cancer, Scholarship to members' child or grandchild attending college. Local donations include to House of Bread (homeless).
