Form 990, Part VIII, Line 1f	In 2019 Greenwood Cemetery was notified of a bequest from the estate of Marcile Carlson. Approximately $12,700. per year for 20 years was bequested. The first year's payment of $12,740.86 was received in May 2019. Ms Carlson's nephew filed suit challenging the bequest. No payments were received in 2020, 2021 or 2022. The suite was settled in early 2023. In April of 2023 $38,222.58 was received representing payments for 2020, 2021 and 2022. In May of 2023, $12,740.86 was received for 2023.
