Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Insurance Security Fund was created by Chapter 646 Wisconsin Statutes, which serves as the governing document and includes the scope, purpose of the Fund and provides definitions and operations direction for the Funds management. Financial statements are available for the public as required by the statute and posted to a publicly accessible website. Annual notice of the publication of the financial statements is provided to the member insurers as defined by the statute.
