Part III, line 2	The Cooperative has constructed a broadband fiber optic infrastructure within its service territory to provide high speed internet access and related communications services to its members. The goal of the Cooperative is to provide this service as an expansion of its income tax exemption. To accomplish this purpose the bylaws were amended by the members so that the Cooperative will provide the service on a cooperative basis through the allocation of patronage capital.
