	The Sandy Township Hose Company No. 1 uses excess revenue to benefit the local community by donating to worthwhile causes, helping those in need due to catastrophic events, etc. By contributing monetarily to the community, the Sandy Club is not only meeting the requirements of their exempt status, they are meeting the needs of those who are hurting within the community.

Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The organization has members who pay dues annually. They must be in good standing and can vote to approve or not approve governing board decisions involving substantial amounts of money.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Members elect the board members to represent them at meetings. Board members terms are staggered so not all have their term expire at the same time.
