What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To serve as a forum for convening turnaround executives from all disciplines to exchange information, ideas, and knowledge on the turnaround business, through networking events, educational seminars and panels of industry experts.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The Organization held over ten different educational and networking events in 2023 in the Baltimore, Washington D.C., and Richmond area. Near 100 member professionals were served by these activities in 2023 which were funded through sponsorship contributions and attendance fees. See Schedule G for more detail.
