Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	When a seat on the Board of Directors becomes available, existing Board Members shall make recommendations to the Steering Committee who will then present nominations to the Board of Directors. Individuals nominated by the Steering Committee shall be approved by two-thirds of the entire Board of Directors.
