What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To provide a covenant controlled community that has a volunteer elected board of directors tasked with providing and maintaining the community that includes bridle paths and horse arenas that the public has access to.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 We provide and maintain bridle paths and horse arenas for our community and for public use. This would include assisting our community to maintain their exterior properties to keep all persons and animals that use our community safe. This is accomplished by providing weekly trash pickup.
