What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED IN JUNE 2000 TO ENHANCE THE COMMON INTERESTS AND CONDITIONS OF PHYSICIANS WHO PRACTICE PAIN MANAGEMENT IN THE STATE OF KENTUCKY. THE CORPORATION EXISTS FOR AND IS DEDICATED TO THE PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION UPHOLDING HIGH PRINCIPLES POLICIES AND PRACTICES FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF THE BEST IN CARE FOR THE PATIENT SUFFERING WITH PAIN.
