Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 is jointly reviewed annually with the Executive Director and CPA. Once complete Annual Form 990 filing is available to the Board upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The organization will send the current policy on Conflicts of Interest annually to all Board members. Should a conflict exist, the Executive Director will submit a confidential report to the Board concerning any potential conflicts of interest of Board Members disclosed.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15b	In the first quarter of each calendar year, the Board Presidents meet with the Executive Director to complete an annual performance and compensation review. Additionally, the Board reviews information from a compensation survey completed every other year by the Aggregate & Concrete Executives ACE. This group consists of approximately 40 Executive Directors from across the US that oversee state concrete and aggregate mining associations. The Board Presidents then make recommendations to the entire Board of Director group and approve any Executive Director salary adjustments with a motion and supporting vote.
