What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE KNIGHTS WERE FORMED TO RENDER FINANCIAL AID, MUTUAL AID, AND ASSISTANCE TO THE SICK, DISABLED, AND THE NEEDY. SOCIAL AND INTELLECTUAL FELLOWSHIP IS PROMOTED THROUGH CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL WELFARE, DISASTER RELIEF, AND PUBLIC RELIEF WORKS.
