990 Mission: The purpose is to enable its members to cooperate with regard to the marketing and promotion of export sales of its members' products, and related activities. The organization promotes American dates domestically and abroad.Taxpayer was organized in 2022 but did not fully begin operations until 2024. As a result of not having Accountants in place, we did not file the 2022 Form 990. We ask that you abate any penalty for late filing due to reasonable cause of not having the necessary Accounting staff and advisors in place to understand that a filing was due.
