Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Our Credit Union elects new board members by all members that attend the annual meeting. This meeting is usually once a year and all that attend can vote to elect a new board member.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b This 990 Form is reviewed by the Manager and then filed. It is made available to the board members at the next board meeting, but not to review before submitting.
