Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The purpose of the corporation is to bring together public and private organizations with marketing dollars and expertise with the singular goal of positioning the Reno-Sparks-Lake Tahoe region as one destination, to identify national and international markets, to increase air service to and from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and to target tourism and business industry goals for cooperative action.

Patrick Ty Whitaker is the representative for The Abbi Agency and was compensated $49,200 for services provided to the Organization plus additional fees for expenses reimbursed by the Organization during the fiscal year ended 6/30/2023. Carl Ribaudo is the representative for SMG Consulting and was compensated $54,400 for services provided to the Organization during the fiscal year ended 6/30/2023.

There are not multiple classes of membership. A member's voting rights are based solely on their pro rata contribution to the entity.
