	The Can Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (CMI) a 501(c)(6) business league, is the national trade association representing the can manufacturing industry and its suppliers. Its purpose is to serve the nexus of its members' interests and represent those interests in relevant forums. CMI currently has over 115 members, both foreign and domestic. CMI represents its members in a variety of arenas, including state and federal regulatory and legislative policies and issues, as well as providing technical, marketing, statistical, and recycling program support.
