TO IMPROVE THE STATUS, WELL-BEING AND RACIAL/ETHNIC EQUITY OF NEW MEXICO'S CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND COMMUNITIES IN THE AREAS OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND ECONOMIC SECURITY BY PROMOTING PUBLIC POLICIES THROUGH CREDIBLE RESEARCH AND EFFECTIVE ADVOCACY.
