Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 The organization is made up of members, and membership is open to any alumnus of the Wisconsin Chapter of Acacia Fraternity. However, only the Board of Directors elects other directors, and only the Board of Directors makes decisions for the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 10b The Board of Directors has decided to allow local lodges to decide how and when they will hold social events for alumni. These informal social events do not require any kind of written policies or procedures.
