	Per license agreement with Kennecott Utah Copper, LLC (KUC, LLC), Daybreak Water Company provides use of the treatment plant facilities to treat water owned by KUC, LLC and delivered to its business operations. Per the agreement, KUC, LLC pays to Daybreak Water Company all costs incurred that are attributed to Daybreak Water Company's operation of the treatment plant facilities for the benefit of KUC, LLC.
