What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROTECT AND IMPROVE ITS MEMBER'S INTEREST AND CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 To protect and improve its member's interests and conditions of employment. Our Local also secures adquate work facilities, satifactory working conditions, and a safe working environment. We negotiate employment conditions and job descriptions as well as wages and benefits. We also foster relationships with City Councils, fire district boards, state representative and senators, chamber of commerce, Red Cross, local missions, churches and youth groups, and a host of other associations and charities cooperatively with the fire department focusing on service to the community as well as to our members.
